Terms of Service
Effective September, 2026
Grace Finds Growth is a marketing and business-growth service offered as an extension of Grace Finds Vintage.
By purchasing or booking a Grace Finds Growth service, you agree to the following terms.
Business Purpose
Grace Finds Growth services are intended for business owners, sellers, creators, entrepreneurs and other individuals seeking marketing support.
Services
Grace Finds Growth may offer services including:
• 1:1 marketing calls
• 1:1 marketing calls with a written strategy plan
• account audits
• follow-up consultation calls
• other marketing, content or business-growth consulting services
The exact scope of each service is described on the applicable booking or product page.
Only the items specifically included in the purchased service are included. Additional revisions, follow-up communication, additional audits, ongoing consulting or other work are not included unless specifically stated.
Refund Policy
All Grace Finds Growth service purchases are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Because appointments reserve dedicated time and consulting services may involve preparation, review or work beginning shortly after purchase, refunds will not be provided because a client changes their mind, decides not to use the service, no longer requires the service or is dissatisfied with results that are outside the control of Grace Finds Growth.
If Grace Finds Growth is unable to provide a purchased service, the client will be offered the choice of rescheduling the service or receiving a refund for the portion of the service that has not been provided.
Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
Clients may request one reschedule of a booked consultation by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments and no-shows may result in the appointment being forfeited without a refund.
Arriving late does not automatically extend the scheduled appointment time.
Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Grace Finds Growth in exceptional circumstances.
Account Audits and Written Strategy Plans
Account audits and written strategy plans are created using the information, materials and access supplied by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required to perform the service.
Once work on an audit, strategy or other written deliverable has begun, the purchase remains non-refundable.
Unless specifically included in the service description, revisions, ongoing support and additional consultation following delivery are not included.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside the control of Grace Finds Growth, including the client's business, products, pricing, audience, market conditions, consistency, implementation, platform algorithms and other circumstances.
Grace Finds Growth does not guarantee any specific number of followers, views, sales, customers, revenue, engagement, reach or other business result.
Examples of previous results, including results achieved by Grace Finds Vintage, are provided for informational purposes only and are not a promise that another business will achieve the same or similar results.
Client Responsibility
All advice and recommendations are provided for educational, strategic and informational purposes.
The client remains responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendations and for all decisions relating to their own business.
Grace Finds Growth is not providing legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of materials and business information they provide to Grace Finds Growth.
Grace Finds Growth retains ownership of its original frameworks, methods, processes, templates, materials and intellectual property.
Any audit, strategy plan or other custom deliverable purchased by a client may be used by that client for their own business. It may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial sale or represented as the client's own consulting product without written permission.
Confidentiality
Non-public business information provided by a client will be treated as confidential and used for the purpose of providing the purchased service, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to operate the service through trusted service providers.
Third-Party Platforms
Grace Finds Growth may recommend or discuss third-party platforms including social media platforms, websites, software or other services.
Grace Finds Growth does not control these third parties and is not responsible for changes to their algorithms, policies, availability, pricing, features or performance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
